You will get own room with shared bathroom. Room is furnished with bed, mattress, ceiling fan, small cupboard, wardrobe. No aircon.

Included in rental: utilities, wifi, use of washing machine & drying area, room cleaning service, simple food prep in kitchen.

Easy access to MRT feeder bus (5 mins walk), Kajang Silk, Cheras bypass and Jln Semenyih roads (5 mins drive). There is also a daily, bustling morning market 2 mins walk away with delicious food and essentials. There is McDonald’s, Pizzahut, mamak, KK Mart and other shops within a short drive/ walk.

Safe, nice, clean, honest and hassle free tenants are preferred. Judgement free house. Prefer easy going ppl. MUST like animals – I have 1 cat & dog; they are friendly & won’t go into rooms.
